Tires For Every Season, Every Aurora Driveway

Ontario roads ask something different of your tires every few months. Here's what we stock and who each one actually suits.

Summer / Performance

Built for warm pavement and nothing else — a softer compound and shallower tread pattern that maximizes dry and wet grip once the snow's long gone. If you're running a performance sedan or coupe that gets stored over the winter, this is where you'll feel the difference in cornering grip and braking distance.

Available in Michelin, Pirelli, Continental, Toyo, Yokohama

All-Season

The default pick for most sedans, crossovers, and daily-driver SUVs that see a mild Southern Ontario winter and want one set of tires year-round. All-season tires balance dry, wet, and light-snow performance without a seasonal swap. Worth knowing: all-season tires aren't rated for true winter driving — once temperatures drop consistently below 7°C, they lose grip fast.

Available in Goodyear, Hankook, Nexen, Sailun, GT Radial, Uniroyal

All-Weather

Carries the same three-peak mountain snowflake rating as a dedicated winter tire, so it keeps grip below 7°C without a seasonal changeover. For drivers who find swapping tires twice a year inconvenient but still want genuine winter capability, this is the best-of-both-worlds option.

Available in Vredestein, General Tire, Firestone, Minerva

Winter

Below 7°C, dedicated winter tires are simply the safest option. Their compound stays soft and flexible in freezing temperatures where all-season and summer rubber hardens and loses grip — which shortens braking distances dramatically on snow, ice, and cold bare pavement.

Available in Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, Nitto, Maxtrek, HiFly

Tires For Every Vehicle Type

Passenger Cars

Standard and performance sizes for sedans, coupes, hatchbacks, and compact cars — all-season, all-weather, winter, or summer, matched to how you actually drive.

SUVs & Crossovers

From a compact crossover to a full-size SUV, we stock the sizes and load ratings to match — including clearance for factory alloys.

Light Trucks & Vans

Work trucks and passenger vans need a load range rated for what they actually carry, not just a rim size that fits. We'll match it correctly.

Premium Brands

Value Brands

Need a specific size or a brand not listed here? — we can usually source it within one business day.

Installation Process

Drop-Off & Visual Inspection

We check current tread depth, sidewall condition, and valve stems before anything comes off the vehicle.

Mount & Seat

Old tires come off, new ones are mounted on a tire changer built for both standard and low-profile wheels.

Computer Balancing

Each wheel is spun on a calibrated balancer and weighted to spec — this is what actually prevents highway-speed vibration.

Torque-to-Spec & Road Test

Lug nuts are torqued with a calibrated wrench in the correct pattern, then we road test before handing back your keys.

Safety & Correct Fitment, Every Time

Torque-Verified, Not Just Bolted On

Every wheel is torqued to the manufacturer spec with a calibrated stick — not an impact gun eyeballed to "tight enough."

Computer Balancing on Every Tire

We balance on modern equipment before your vehicle leaves the bay, which is what actually stops the steering-wheel shake at highway speed.

Real Fitment Guidance, Not Upselling

We'll tell you when a cheaper brand is the right call for your vehicle and driving style, not just push whatever has the best margin.

Local, Accountable, Aurora-Based

We're a five-minute drive for most of York Region, not a call centre — if something's off after your visit, you can walk back in.

Tire Sales & Installation FAQ

It varies quite a bit depending on your vehicle's size, make, and model — installation, mounting, and balancing pricing scales with rim size, and tire pricing itself depends on the brand, size, and season you need.

Once our live inventory search is online you'll be able to see exact per-tire pricing for your vehicle before you book. Until then, call or drop by and we'll quote you on the spot.

Yes. Bring in tires purchased elsewhere and we'll mount, balance, and install them — our installation pricing is based on vehicle type, not where the tires came from.

All-season tires are a warm-weather-leaning compromise tire, while all-weather tires carry the same three-peak mountain snowflake rating as a dedicated winter tire and stay grippy below 7°C. If you drive through an Aurora winter without swapping to dedicated winters, all-weather is almost always the better call than a standard all-season.

Most four-tire installation and balancing appointments are done in under an hour. Add a TPMS reset or extra inspection work and plan for a little longer — we'll give you a realistic estimate when you book.

We stock a full range from premium names like Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, Pirelli, Goodyear, Toyo, Yokohama, Hankook, Nitto, Firestone, and Vredestein, plus value-focused brands like Nexen, Sailun, GT Radial, General Tire, Uniroyal, Minerva, HiFly, Rovelo, and Maxtrek for drivers working with a tighter budget.

Ontario doesn't legally require them the way Quebec does, but most insurers offer a discount for running four winter (or all-weather) tires, and the traction difference below 7°C is significant. We can walk you through what makes sense for your vehicle and how you drive.
